With 3 Miche­lin stars, the Miche­lin Green Star for sus­tain­abil­i­ty and 18 Gault­Mil­lau points, he ranks among the world’s finest chefs – and among the youngest with­in the exclu­sive cir­cle of around 150 chefs world­wide to hold such accolades.
