Food is a fleet­ing moment. It may take hours, some­times days or even weeks to pre­pare – and at best it becomes a last­ing memory.

This is pre­cise­ly why Sven Wass­mer seeks to cre­ate things that endure beyond the moment: a matured drink, a thought­ful­ly com­posed menu, a dish on paper – prod­ucts that con­vey his phi­los­o­phy, pre­ci­sion and integrity.

Whether as a cook­book, spice blend, bev­er­age or tool: each piece tells a sto­ry and makes what begins at the table some­thing you can con­tin­ue to experience.

OONA CAVIAR × Sven Wassmer

The Taste of Pure Fresh­ness. My col­lab­o­ra­tion with Oona Caviar is a tru­ly spe­cial project for me. Togeth­er, we’ve cre­at­ed some­thing that has nev­er exist­ed before: a caviar in its purest, fresh­est form – unadul­ter­at­ed, authen­tic, and full of character.

What fas­ci­nates me most is Oona’s uncom­pro­mis­ing phi­los­o­phy: gen­uine crafts­man­ship, com­plete trans­paren­cy, and a clear com­mit­ment to qual­i­ty and sus­tain­abil­i­ty. The caviar is shipped just a few days after har­vest – it sim­ply doesn’t get any fresh­er than that. This prod­uct embod­ies what I strive for in my own kitchen: hon­esty, nat­u­ral­ness, and pure flavor.

In this col­lab­o­ra­tion, crafts­man­ship, ori­gin, and ded­i­ca­tion come togeth­er – from the moun­tain spring water in Fruti­gen all the way to the plate. A prod­uct that cap­tures the essence of the Alps and per­fect­ly express­es my culi­nary philosophy.
