In the sec­ond restau­rant (1 Miche­lin star, 15 Gault-Mil­lau points), for which Sven Wass­mer is respon­si­ble at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, healthy, flavour­ful, sea­son­al cui­sine based pri­mar­i­ly on region­al prod­ucts is served under the direc­tion of Tobias Pey­erl.
